Our neice needs her bond refund sending from Australia back to her UK bank account. Can anyone advise on the best (cheapest!, lol) way of doing this and how to get the best exchange rate?
Our bank is saying they charge a fee and a charge is also made at the receiving bank.

I've just sent you our Australian offices number and they'll be able to answer all your questions!
HiFX will actually refund any charges from the receiving bank, just so you are aware (the only charge you will ever pay is if your bank charge you for sending the funds to us in the first place).
