Location: , United Kingdom | Hello
I am still in the very early stages of going to Aus. But I have got a couple of queries.
I have a motorbike and would like to take it with me if is possible. Would I need to pack the bike in it's own crate and roughly speaking what would be the cost to transport and re-register it?
And would it also be possible to transfer a private uk plate over?
The bike is only 2 years old but is no longer made in the uk.
Thanks

| Hello Andrew,
First of all, you will need an import permit to get the car into Australia. You can look into this at: www.dotrs.gov.au
We would be happy to crate the bike securely for you, as part of a full, or consolidated shipment.
In regards to cost, we would have to speak to you directly about this for further details.
I can be contacted on 020 8838 8081 if you would like to get in touch.
Cheers,
