Sam, out on a tangent here, but i cant seem to post hyperlinks that work..any ideas?

also cant send messages, they just sit in my outbox unsent?

messages to other people remain in your outbox until that person has read them. They then move to your sent items.

You can post website addresses eg. www.google.com however, these links will not be clickable to prevent spamming of the forum and inappropriate links.

You may post clickable hyperlinks in PM's

thanks Sam, but I was talking about trying to do a hyperlink from one forum posting to another.

for example if someone asks a question that has already been answered then they can be directed straight to it.

Hey Sam,
any chance you could upgrade the live chat to alert you when someone enters or posts..
Im logged in but unless youve got the screen open in front of you, you dont see people coming in which makes you look ignorant when you dont answer them.

also, it takes several attempts to log in properly, any ideas on that.
I am using Mozilla Firefox as my primary browser but have tried it on IE7 also..still the same.

The live chat is a very old system and will be upgraded sometime in the next 6 months.
