| We do not allow html code on this forum - this is due to abuse in the past |

Location: Worcestershire M5 jc 6 | how can wanting to post links to other parts of the site by hyperlinking words like "click here" be seen as abuse?
If it cant be used effectively, why do you have the option to initialize it in the control panel.?

| I will ensure that it is removed from the control panel.
Sadly it was a case of an irresponsible few spoiling it for others. We went through a period about 18 months back where the forum was a complete nightmare to read.
Don't forget the forum is not a place for clients to offer advice to other clients, that's what your agent is for (see disclaimer at the top) the forum is for discussing things with people in the same boat and offering support. There should not be much requirement to post links and for the times that you do people can simply copy and paste the link to view it.
Again this is due to past experience - we had a case in the past where a forum user was given bad advice by another user, insisted on following that advice and nearly lost their visa. |
