daz here ,
in nsw it $4500 +$110 application fee to just get authority to enrol your kids to a public school, you also then have to pay the school fees for the school you are enrolled at to,
like is said in qld i think its free see you can see lynn or username chan012 on here there on 457 up there, but check out all the othe states edu depts for exact fees applicable.
oh and not eligable for bus passes either another $125 lol
oh well told you we might end up smelling of roses one day ,god you got to smile

Doing that cos otherwise i'd cry.....nah not really.
Even with these downsides I still feel the larger picture is worth it.

Everyone that reads this and thinks OMG paying for schooling. med care etc...In a few years time the UK will be the same but you will still have the sh1t that goes with it.

We will be getting on with it and enjoying it..

ha listen to me, sounds like i'm already in.....
